At the beginning of May 2022, the Law «On Payment Systems and Payment Services» (hereinafter as the Law) was signed in Belarus. For the first time in Belarus, implementation of payment activities, requirements for payment systems and participants in the payment market have been fixed on a comprehensive basis.

On April 2022, traditionally, the Export Center of the Mogilev region hosted the "Exporter's School". The aim of this program is to provide regional representatives of small and medium-sized businesses with the knowledge necessary to perform export activities.

On March 23, 2022, the Resolution of the Council of Ministers № 147 came into force, which introduced restrictions on the import of goods from Belarus.

On March 19, 2022, Presidential Decree No. 93 was published. It defined new directions of legislative regulation for the Council of Ministers.

On November 28, 2021, amendments to the resolution of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Belarus of April 23, 2015 No. 55 “Instruction on the procedure for carrying out a complex of preliminary technical works preceding state registration (re-registration) of medical devices and medical equipment, amendments to the registration dossier for medical products and medical equipment” are enforced.

From December 9, 2021 to June 8, 2022, the licensing of imports from Ukraine will continue to operate.

From January 1, 2022, the import and sale of a number of food products from the EU, the USA, Canada, the Kingdom of Norway, the Republic of Albania, the Republic of Iceland, the Republic of North Macedonia, the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland, Montenegro, and the Swiss Confederation will be limited.

Self-isolation for contacts of the first and second levels, foreigners arriving from foreign countries, is canceled from December 22, 2021. Self-isolation is also cancelled for citizens of Belarus who have arrived from the "red" zone.
