Мөнгө угаахын эсрэг, терроризмыг санхүүжүүлэхтэй тэмцэх арга хэмжээний тал дээр Санхүүгийн хориг арга хэмжээ авах олон улсын байгууллагаас гаргасан зөвлөмжийг бүрэн гүйцэд даган биелүүлж чадаагүйн улмаас Монгол улс 2019 оны 10 сарын 4-ны өдөр Ирак болон Зимбабве улсын хамт Санхүүгийн хориг арга хэмжээ авах олон улсын байгууллагагын саарал жагсаалтад орсон. Санхүүгийн хориг арга хэмжээ авах олон улсын байгууллага нь 1989 онд олон улсын санхүүгийн тогтолцооны бүрэн бүтэн байдалд халдаж буй мөнгө угаах, санхүүгийн терроризмтэй тэмцэхээр байгуулагдсан засгийн газар хоорондын байгууллага юм.
